Accommodating ALL fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been working out your whole life, you have the ability to make your workout as intense as you want it to be. You’ll move through progressive drills that feature explosive, dynamic, cardio-heavy movements that build with intensity, work each muscle group and emphasize recovery throughout. Bootcamp sessions are 45 minutes long, which includes a warm up and a cool down.

A non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, these classes offer a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment.


High intensity interval training.  A full body workout combining cardio drills and various modalities of cardio strength training performed in short bursts, followed by short periods of rest, and repeat.  You will improve endurance and burn a high number of calories.


Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.  In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility.
