In one of the commercial properties I own, a gym space became available. It was at that very moment I thought, this is my chance to pursue the dream I always had of owning a gym. For 27 Years now my first stop every morning is the gym. Fitness and working out for me is a way of life. It is something I enjoy to do every day and something I really love.  Over the past year with hard work, research, and dedication I have been determined to make this dream a reality.
